Articles of Yore by Boddybag
Boddybag are a film production company with a presence in New Zealand, Ireland, and the UK. They excel at quick turnaround creative projects, and we've had an opportunity to work with them on some of their Irish-based projects. Articles of Yore is one of several projects they are developing in the film and TV space, and this proof-of-concept (POC) forms part of the pitch which goes to major distributors.
At the time of writing, Boddybag completed a series for New Zealand national TV, and wrapped shooting on their feature film Haven.

Brief
This POC was ready to go with stakeholders waiting to see it. We were tasked with taking the audio captured on set and create a mix that complemented the visuals and created immersion in the story.
Challenge
The the dialogue needed to be made clear in different environments, complemented by music, and sound effects. Finally the audio needed to be mastered for online platforms.
Solution
We applied EQ and dynamic processing to bring out clarity in the actors' voices, as well as shaped the overall tonality to the rooms, and mixed the music to underscore the dialogue.
